Everything. The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was stunning and only 20 seconds walk from times square.
The only small issue was the length of the bed. The pillows were so big and fluffy that they pushed you down the bed a bit more than usual and because of this your feet would touch the little foot board at the end of the bed. Nothing major but something that may make an improvement.
